Is the express a nitro car. The only express I remember is years ago a electric TC.Haven't seen one in ages.

It is an electric car. I see this from time to time, on ebay or other boards "the Xpress Mike Swauger Edition!" I've been in rc for over 5 years and have never heard of this guy and I keep thinking "why do they think this Mike guys cars are so important. Isn't that like saying "the TC3 HauntedMyst Edition!" It means nothing :)

Ok, the car is build by SunSun Hobby in Hong Kong (yes, Hong Kong). The distributor in the USA is www.ultimatehobbies.com (http://www.ultimatehobbies.com)

There homepage is www.rc-xpress.com (http://www.rc-xpress.com)

I drive the Xpress Pro '98, and I *love* it. I just bought a Mike Swauger Xpress Pro off of eBay, can't wait to get it.

Mike Sauger was a really big driver a few years ago. Won a lot of major races. I don't know how much he does anymore.

I think its an awesome car, and if you like it, GET ONE! Plus, you'll be different from all the darn TC3 and XXX-S clones out there. OH! Losi made that car so its got to be cool!! Oh! AE made that one so its got to kick a$$!! Its really sad to see the amount of following these two cars have.

Someday people will figure out that its NOT the car, its the drivers that win races. Any pro driver with just about any car will do extremely well. Buying a big name brand car won't make you good, it'll make you just like everyone else. :)
