Why does it take like 5 sec. for the servo to center after I've turned the car on.

Why does it make a wierd noise?

It says Programable! How do I Program it?

How "Tight" should I make my SERVO SAVER, on my T3?

AND FOR SOME REASON I COULDN'T USE THE ALEAUM BLUE SERVO HORN BECAUSE THE HOLE IS TO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!

Someone told me not to use it too, what would it hurt!

THANKS

Somethings wrong with the servo if it takes that long to center and the radio works ok otherwise. Check the gears;before seding it in.

Rustler,

It shouldn't take 5 seconds to center. You must have a problem.

The wierd noise is the noise a digital servo makes. That's just the way it is. To bad it sounds like electronics shorting out.

I don't know how you program it, but if you program it you can set the center. As it is your radio is compensentating for the servo not being centered relative to your electronics. Essentially your radio is telling the servo to go a little left or right to make it center. This will cause the annoying digital servo noise to be heard. when your servo is centered (digital servos make noise when they are held at a position other than what it believes to be the center).

Since your servo has the "unbreakable" gears, you should be able to tighten down your servo, but keep in mind if you're running into stuff you can break other parts of your car with a tight servo and unbreakable gears.

The Blue Servo horn is for Nitro and you are running electric. Do what Warhawk did and drill a larger hole if you want to use it.

you are ALL wrong, it IS supposed to take ~5 seconds to center,,,,,, this is ONLY when the servo batteries are first turned on, the servo is regulating voltage and preparing the amplifier...... it is perfectly normal, all 5925/45 hitec servos make that noise... and tighten the horn as tight as you can but MAKE SURE to use loctite

NOT the servo horn! The servo saver nut.

I love the servo though. I'm about 2 sec. off the track record, in expert truck! I've only been doing this for about 2 years.

By the way its a T3.

I am using 5925 in my B3, it is extremely fast and really unbreakable. Before I use 5925 I have broken 5 set of plastic gears.
The only thing I didn't like too much was the annoying sound emitted from the servo, but now I am used to.
