What is the most SCALE method of attaching life savers to the sides of the cabin???????

Here's a link to ring buoy brackets (http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/categoryg/10001/-1/10001/370/104/8/man/asc/0/grid). You can make something similar with some Plastruct support clips or half round tybing. You could even use some Plastruct or Evergreen "L" or "Z" molding to hold te life rings on.
