Cirrus servo questions

All right, I just got the zCS 60BBMG servo and it cuts out or stalls when I turn to the left in my T3. WHATS WRONG!!! Is this a normal thing for these servos??

Sounds like you have a bad servo. When you say it cuts out, does it not turn to the left, or does it turn to the left and not re-center?

I assume you still have an old servo, so plug it in and make sure that the servo is the problem, not the receiver or radio.

It wont return to center.

Dumb question, but its not binding anywhere is it?

If anyhing, it binds where the servo horn urns to full left, but i sanded it way down

well i have one and mine works great so i would just exchange it for a new one

When your new servo comes in, and if it still doesn't return, check this one thing I noticed:

The servo saver hits the case at one point in my B3. I think this is due to the taller case, so it is further forward. Watch the action from the side and make sure nothing hits the front of the case (mine made contact where the label is). If it does, just file off some of the servo saver where the contact was made. Don't remove any material from the servo, because they might not accept it back because you "modified" it.

did you buy it new or used?
if you bought it used the gears could be stripped. just a thought.

O bought it barnd new. I aleady sanded down the svaer and trhe sides of the servo area
