I bought a b2 body for my b2 but now have a B3 on the way will it fit or not? Its uncut so holes dont matter but I am thinking the b3 is longer.

You can, for the most part, fit any body to any car (there are exceptions of course). Your B2 body might have "lines" for you to follow while cutting out the body, but you might not have to follow them.
Ok smart guys, the b3 and b2 use the same chassis, rear shock tower, and front bulkhead brace where the body mounts are so yeah it will work.

Actually, Associated recently updated the rear shock tower. But he still shouldn't have any problems.
Smart guy :D

Yeah, but the kits were recently updated with the new shock tower (meaning, in 2001).
