i got a problem with my T3

ok i have had it for a year or so and i decided to change from the old DS motor to a mad science motor when i put the motor in it seemed to make little or no effect on the speed. what is this things problem

Did you change your pinion?Is your gear mesh too tight?

If your gear mesh is too tight you need to reset it by loosening it up then slipping a piece of paper between the pinion and the spur and tighten it up.
