Judging from the damper system, I'd say it's a Corally. Could be wrong though and it's been some amount of time that I've seen a car like this. I'd say it's pretty old though considering the TRC/Composite Craft style kingpin frontend on the car.

Delta used to use a 1 piece rear pod and beam style front end too. This one is interesting as it looks like there's a pivot on the t-plate where it attaches to the pod instead of having the t-plate flex.

can you get a pic of that wheel? Sometimes the wheels are a dead giveaway..

The chassis layout resembles the 12L, crossbeamed front axles was either Cobra or Advanced Designs. Pod is either a Corally or early version CRC used damper fluid to control the roll of rear suspension.
I saw the arrangment of antenna mount and only chassis I remember with that layout was the early CRC chassis it was a cross of three styles (12L chassis, Cobra front beam suspension, Corally (GPM) one piece floating pod).
