Paint Removal?

I have a nitro quake pipe and want to remove the black finish it has. i think it is painted but not sure. i want to polish it up to match my nicely polished manifold. I've tried oven cleaner but nothing. please help. :confused:

You need to find someone with a buffing wheel or grinder (and put a buffing wheel on it). Home Depot has the wheels and sticks of polish cheap and if you spend the time, you can make it look like a mirror.
