i found a couple differnt sets of swaybars for my t-maxx.
What do they really do, and are they worth it?
i dont race im a basher, if that is a factor in anything
do they decrerase roll and make my truck more stable?

Sway bars reduce body roll, mostly in corners. The idea is that when one side of the truck's suspension starts to compress, the bar transfers some of that pressure to the other side of the truck. In a sense, the suspension on both sides is compressed, reducing the trucks roll.
I think that for bashing, you'd not need them.

on very rough surface sway bar can even compromise performance, because car will jump alot, and wont have that traction, but on high grip surface its very nice feature

I have a Teckno wing mount, so a swaybar like the FullForce RC one on the first post above (lever type ones) won't work on the rear of my truck. I found a set from GPM Racing that is a more traditional style (thick music wire that rotates in a tube in the center, transfering motion of one side's suspension to the other, rather than the lever type.) The only issue is that I have a trinity wheely bar on my truck, which mounts where the rear bumper mounts screw in. The problem is, this is the same place the aluminum piece mounts in the rear. I know it is a pretty slim chance, but has anyone solved this problem? I have the wheely bar mounted in the upper most possition, so there are two other holes so you can mount it at different angles. One set of these hole is in the almost same position as the swaybar mount, I was thinking maybe I could use that instead of the mount that comes with the sway bar. Any ideas?
