The front drive aluminum dogbone from center diff to front diff is bending. Is there a stronger alternative for this size: length=7.2mm, from pin to pin 6.9mm (outside of each pin)?

Aluminum is 1/3 the weight of steel, but not as strong. I'm sure replacing the dogbone with this will prevent it from bending.

I meant 72 mm.

make sure that the dogbone does not hit the drive cup when it is fully compressed. If it does that may be what is causing it to bend.

The dogbone is in each drive straight. It is bending 3/4 of the way toward the front of the dogbone.
