is super glue or crazy glue and acceptable substitute rather than using say trinity or pro-line tire glue

Unless you're trying to glue rubber tires to aluminum rims. You must use a rubber gasket type cement.
Superglue for rubber tires to plastic rims, that's all I ever use.

i think most pepole use super glue ,or something to that effect..

Does it matter if you use thin, or thick CA?

Thin usally sets up faster.. and of course it's runny. So, you have to be quick before it bonds. I believe there is slower bonding formulas though..
But, the thicker usually takes longer to bond and set. So you have a little more time to set the tire, or put a couple ruberbands around it.
