so i can't decide which which nitro car format to get. Which has more racing opporunitys 200 or 235. I'm awair the 235 is much much better and needs no hopups, but i'm concerened that their are more chances to run the Touring Car during races.
thanks

Is 235mm like the HPI Super Nitro or the Kyosho SuperTen or the Tamiya TGR?

235mm cars are like Serpent Impact M2. These are considered on-road type vehicles, and they are nothing like touring cars. These vehicles are faster, handle far better, have wider tires front and especially rear, Centax style clutches and run big block style .15 engines. If your local track does not have enough room to run these you will never reach their full potential, which is awesome. It's more like a little smaller 1/8 on-road car than anything else, and in the hands of a capable driver can be "almost" as fast.

On road 235mm cars are the F1 of R/C, very fast and very expensive. You cannot go out and race 1/8 on road without some experience in 1/10th Nitro, the setup and speed of these cars need lots of practice. Do not let this put you off though, just check out a couple of races first and iff its still for you go for it.
