Might help, might not.

Scroll down towards the end (http://forums.radiocontrolzone.com/showthread.php?t=147832)

Taking it apart is not that hard till you get a GPS cord stuck in it:D I stick to the easy stuff such as cylinder removal and tapping carbs for pumps & such. I did the 27 SIKK conversion which required removing the cylinder and replacing the pistons. That was a very easy task. When it comes to touching the crankcase & such, I'm still a little timid.

Another link to look at. He's got some good info in there. Might not be of the 230RC but still a good show.

picky, picky.... LOL :)

Usually the owners manual is a good place to start. You could try their website?

theres nothing to a two stroke, not alot of parts to wrong with, just remember to lube with oil when ya rebuild and keep all parts clean while doing so. As for bearing change, take the case apart stick it in the oven for a while not to hot mind ya dont want to melt those seals and they just tap out, same way for putting new ones in. Once in let the case cool down slowly do not try and speed the cooling process up and always use a gasket on the case, you will screw it up if ya try and use gasket seal etc, you wont have the clearence needed when ya reassemble. Just thought it was a few points worth saying. Wonder if we should do a tunning thread, but may get wrong for giving secrets away, what do ya all think.
