Hello, i am thinking of getting a new chassis for my LD3. does it make a difference or is it just eye candy.

It could be that it is thicker or has more vent holes. Could be lighter, who knows? I'm pretty new to the LD3(got one not too long ago), but thought I should give an input since no one else has.
