I have a chance to get a Yoko MR-4TC Pro, should I go ahead and buy it?

For the past few months iv been looking at all the TC's on the market and so far iv narrowed it down to the Yoko or the HPI Pro 3. If anyone would like to put in any input that they have about the HPI and the Yoko I would like to hear it. Iv looked at the TC3 and I made up my mind that I do not want it.....I like being Different and it seems everybody plus their dog has one. LOL :D Thats not the only reason I don't want it.

Thanx to any advice offered.

Well, I have had my Pro 3 for about 3 months now. I think it is a good car for me. I only started racing in April, and out of the box the car handles great which is what I needed. I did not have a lot of experience with how different setups affect handling. I needed something that would handle well so I could concentrate on improving my driving. I consistantly finish in the A-mains, usually in 2nd or 3rd, and once in 1st.

My only complaint was that it seemed a little slow out of the box. It is probably not slow compared to other stock cars, but the top 4 people at the track I race at were much faster than me when I first started racing. They have with a variety of cars (TC3's and Pro 2's). To be fair, they have had their cars for a while, and have them hopped up pretty good. I have gotten my Pro 3 to be faster than almost all of them now, with the addition a top notch speed controller, good motor, some weight shedding efforts on my part. I am waiting for some other parts to come in that will improve my acceleration, then I think I will be set for a while.

i owuld go with the Pro 3. i have raced against them with my TC3 and they are quick TC's. the thing that i dont really like about the pro 3 is the super wide diff. this is because they needed the belt to get around the battery. as a result they have short little dogbones and have had lots of alterations in there A-arms. it seems like a wel balanced car though also. with the battery in the center it balances wonderfully. yea go with the Pro 3.
