Hi guys, I remember that there was a website about rc drifting. It had videos for download and a bunch of tutorials on how to make exhausts pipes and roll cages etc for rc cars. I can't remember the website but but was wondering if anybody could give me a link to it. I also tried searching the forum but wasn't able to find it. Thanks

i believe ur talking about spoolins website? He got out of rc.
The website used to be www.rcd.zip.to but now its gone.
Can someone confirm this? I loved his cars :(

RC Drift is gone, some guy named chris took over, and there is only the forums now. I have been trying to bring back RC Drift. People can give me suggestions if they wanna

Ya, I love drifting, mainly because it tripps out the local college students when I go to their college. (Azusa Pacific Univ in Azusa, near LA) If only there were some more rcers into it more, then we could meet up.

I used to run www.rcdrift.com but I shut the site down after alot of back stabing and what not. Became to much of a headache and couldnt trust people to help me out with it anymore.

If your looking for anything in particular from the site I still have it all on my HDD.

www.rcdrift.com is no longer active. Instead of waisting the URL I had it redirected to a friends drift site in Australia www.rcdrift.org You must be thinking of another drift site.

I am thinking of re opening rcdrift.com but without a forum.

geez thanks. hah i think your one of the only people to have told me that. After everything was said and done I was made out to be the bad guy. :mad: so everyone forgot about me, and the rest of rcdriftings founding fathers :D

Yeah if you wanna put somethign together i still own rcdrift.com and .net and have 10gigs of server space. Let me know. I would love to just have an informational site up. I dont wanna bother with a forum anymore.

thats what i was thinking. I just need to find some one who will help me with the webdesign(i cant do that to save my life)

Well I know micro has offered some help. But wouldnt mind havign more on the team for when the project gets rolling.

Same here J!nx. I love this forum and everyone here and I don't intend on leaving but I'm sure a lot of the folks here have a presence in other forums as well.

sad thing is that used to be my forum. I trusted some one in helping me run it and set it up for me. And do to politics, and things I wont get into I lost control of it threw a loop hole. Me and a few others who are not really around anymore started that drifting site back in 2002/3. And now I get next to no respect in the r/c drifting community.

But either way I will help support and help the r/c drifting community grow threw this site.

Nice shots! The black Skyline looks real. The yellow one is betrayed by the antenna mast. I assume those are white PVC "pipe" tires?

Yeah, that yellow skyline was one of the hottest drifters a few years ago. I think his new evo will take that crown and run away with it.
