anyone want pics of the HPI challenge in Dayton Ohio?

i raced at the HPI challenge in Dayton Ohio and took alot of pics. you can go to the HPI web site and see the pics there, or if anyones interested, i can post my pics. WARNIG I HAVE ALOT OF PICS they arnt the greatest quality though. my digi cam is only 1.6 megapixles.

my car is the black lambo, the ONLY lambo there, oh there was one other green one, but that was it.

there were 8 micros in the micro class, including me of course! (they mixed the stock and pro classes) these were the only ones out there. again, mines not there because my bodies were horrible looking, ugly yellow C5R

the red white and blue vette and mustang belonged to this REALLY nice guy who pitted next to me. he helped me an ungodly amount. TONS OF THANKS TO YOU RAY IF YOU EVER READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this was the Nitro Modified B main. i made the C main but no one showed up so the bumped me to the B main. i never started the race thought, my car was busted by the first practice lap :D thats me on the vary end on the left of the drivers stand. that SUPER nice guy named Ray took my car and ran to his pitts to fix it. he just got it fix and when he put it on the tack the anouncer said that the racers were on the last lap :( so i didnt even start the race. for some reson, if you look at the race results at the HPI web site 1( www.hpiracing.com ) it says i got 1st in the nitro C main anyway :D

this is a pic of the line up in the micro main. my car is the bright yellow one in the 5th spot. finnish 4th!!! the guys in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd had oversized 380 sized motors, i only had an HPI mod 45t motor and peakracing 1200 batts so i couldnt catch them no matter what. was luck i got 4th though.

I was there, I was running the black NSX if you remember, that picture of the c-main is in fact not the c-main, but the last round of qualifying for nitro pro saturday evening. All in all, it was an awesome weekend, IT WAS JUST TOO HOT!!!

this is my Savae air born! this is during the Savage B mains. besides me, 2 other people showed up. i took 1st!!! i won with a 4 second lead. box stock too! oh yes, props to my mom for FINALLY getting a pic of my savage in the air. (she took alot of pics but couldnt get the timming right :rolleyes: )

this is my TOTALY AWSOME ANGEL, HELPER, FRIEND, PITT MAN, AND COOL DUDE NAMED RAY!! YAY RAY!!! he won 1st in i think it was the nitro stock class. he got an R40 kit for winning 1st in the Nitro Stock A main. oh i forgot to mension that he also won the blind fold challenge! he wanted me to be his spotter but i said i didnt want to make him crash, so his son did it. good thing too, he won!

nice escudo, but personally i dont think that orange/grey car should have won, the blue and white stratus looks best if you ask me.

no dude, that mustang won by a land slide. its an AMAZING paint job. i have never seen anything like it. you cant really tell in the pictures. the grey part had this really cool look of like metalic rust and metalic silver like......i dont know, it was like he dipped thin paint bruches in the colors then flicked the paint on. it was truly amazing, words cant describe it.

as for more photos, sorry thats it. and your friend that won the Savage A main, isnt the white truck with the jesus face it?

yeah right man, I was right there watching the concourse, the only reason he won, and the escudo didnt get it, was because the guy who won the concourse, his friend kept holding the car up and showing it off to the officials, that was B.S man, it should have been between the escudo, and the stratus, the mustang DIDNT look that good

he also didnt even run it at all, during qualifiers, or mains, which constitutes a disqualification by HPI rules, the body you used for concourse, must be used for at least 1 round of qualifying, or during a main, and it didnt go out once
