I talked to our friends at Loctite and Permatex.
Both of them say Methylene Chloride will disolve it fast.
Methylene Chloride is the main ingredent of paint stripper.
If you have a screw that won't come out because of the threadlocker, try some heat. If you have a soldering iron, stick it on the screw's head for a minute or two. Be careful not to soften and melt any surrounding plastic or nylon.

I used a portable blow torch on a screw once. But be carefull, as I almost fried a suspension arm. (It now has little bubbles on the end near the chassis!)

Black wolf is right on. the trick is getting the stripper in the threads of the fastener.
