Upgrading to a .21 in the 1/12 scale Miss Bud

I am starting project of replacing the .15 engine in the 1/12 scale Miss Bud with a .21, and I have seen other posting that show people putting the OS engine in the boat but they had to cut the cowel. Does anyone have any feedback on the Mac .21? They say their engine has a rear facing exhaust (Carb up by the gas tank), header, and exhaust pipe that will work with this boat.

Any feedback would be most appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!
