Can the Novak Rooster handel tamiya stock motors in parallel?

I'm wondering if the Novak Rooster (not super) will be able to handel the two stock closed endbell (I think 550) motors that come with the Tamiya TXT-1 in parallel. I know it is rated down to 15 turns for a single motor, but Im not sure about dual motors.

Those motors are 36 turns, 540-size, so the Rooster should be able to handle two of them without trouble.

The rule of thumb when running two motors is supposedly it feels like half the number of turns to the ESC, but I don't know if that's true. The Mabuchi 540s in the TXT-1 are pretty mild, so I don't even know that two will tax it as much as one competition stock motor.
