I'd get the Jato in your case since you're going to be running in parking lots a lot. You could put street tires on and it's got insane top speed. I like the Revo since it has 4WD and you get a lot of traction especially if the parking lot's sandy but I wouldn't get a monster truck to drive in a parking lot. You can't go wrong with either truck but hope you have lots of fun with what u get.

If I were you I would just get a Nitro Rustler or something similar...the Jato is new and expensive. If all you're doing is parking lot bashing then a Rusty would provide you with the same fun factor as the Jato.

Get the Rusty. Put some street tires on it and have a blast!

Yes BUT........

i might do some offroading

but primarily parking lots

If I lived on non paved country backroads, I wouldn't buy a corvette as my daily driver because I MIGHT go into the city one day. :)

Jato would be pretty cool. Why go rusty if they guy can afford the jato, and its faster?

I'm somewhat inclined to say MT, simply because they're so much fun. But if parking lots are your thing, then Jato all the way given those 2 choices.
