Are these batteries any good? it would be a great deal for $150.00 bucks.

They are normal 3300's with just different shrink wrap. The only thing you may want to worry about is that they might have been gone through already(meaning that they didn't meet trinity's standards and are just sold in bulk).
Check out www.axxis-racing.com. You can get 24 of the new ib3800's (which are much better cells) for less than the Trinity gp3300's.

They are also illegle to race with them too

Currently, they are outlawed by roar, but often times club racing wont follow their guidlines to the T. The 3800's are much better batteries than the 3300's, which is why I recommended them. If you still want the 3300's, Axxis (http://www.axxis-racing.com) can still hook you up for a lower price.

to answer your question, those cells are good for practice packs. if you are a serious racer and want high end cells, then i would suggest buying "team" packs (which are matched), sold by epic(trinity).
