Here's a pic from some night jumping last weekend. Did some more today with a bunch of nasty backflips...munched the reverse gear, so I removed it and went back out...and then busted a shock end. This thing is way too much fun! :D

Hope to post some videos soon...

Thanks!

The camera man is very good friend of mine (and brother-in-law, coincidentally). He's a photography enthusiast...the shot was taken with my Panasonic Lumix FZ15. There was a later shot of the Revo jumping over him, but it didn't come out too good. (note: I don't recommend that anyone stand in the way of a flying RC car/truck/plane/boat. :) )

No carnage on landing. If you can put it on the wheels, it typically won't break anything. The only times I've broken parts is on a bad landing - and I've had some bad ones. So far we've only broken both rear shock shafts, a shock end, and the reverse gear (don't ask how). Otherwise it's holding up well.

Newdude: The ramp I built is 48"x48"x28". I just freehand drew the shape on a piece of plywood, cut it with a jigsaw (wear safety glasses!), then traced and duplicated the cut on a second piece. Then I cut 7 2x4's down to 48" (should be 47" with 3/8" plywood) and tied the two halves with 2 1-5/8" drywall screws on each end of the 2x4's. The surface material is called "DuraBoard" (or something like that). I bought 3 24"x48" pieces at HomeDepot for about $2.50 each...screwed them down with the same drywall screws.

The materials are pretty cheap, so go for it! :D

thats some pretty steep angle. maybe cut the angle down for longer, less high jumps, oh and less carnage, lol

Ya cutting it down would help. Sweet shot
