That's surprising. Since I've switched to 75MHz FM, I've yet to have a single glitch.

I did almost the same thing to my 1st hammer and i used a product called marine tex it worked great was able to sand it down you could barly tell
that it was repaired and that was on the white gelcoated hull.

Well, mine is waterproof again. I would post a pic but it looks pretty bad right now. When the weekend is over I will be sure to do some cosmetics.:D

Your switch may be going bad, if not already! Replace it, or it could happen again.
