Has anyone had any experience with these parkflyers from great planes?? For the money they look pretty impressive, especially with the brushless setup.

Hehe, sorry. I haven't seen those two particular models around here locally.
The flat-outs look fun, and the brushless motor setups are supposed to be really cool. Buy one and tell us all about it!

Hi MicroMan,
Sorry to jump on your thread, but I was wondering if you could help me?
I'm new this hobbie and wanted to download some plans from:
http://www.rcmicroflight.com
I can't get access to old articles and plans because I'm not a subscriber wit
a user ID and password. They don't seem to be giving out new subscriptions.
I was wondering if you knew how I could access this site or if you knew someone
who was willing to share their username and password so I could download some plans.
Thanks for your time
Mike

i bought one a couple weeks ago as a first plain. its awesome. just dont skimp on the radio. you definatly need expo and dual rates. once you have those 2 you'll fly it like it was made for you.
i put the brushless and lipo in it but you definalty dont need it if its your 1st plain.

I also got the flatout. Got the CAP580. It comes out very nice after you put it together. Didn't fly it yet because I am waiting for my new 6EXAS to get here.
This is my first r/c plane (was into trucks before), but hopefuly being a licensed pilot may make things a lil easier.:)

I just finished a Flatana,it's only limmited by your flying ability! This plane will do it all,and with the stock motor! I replaced the motor with a Himax 2812-0850 Outrunner. Now it is amazing! Unlimmited vert, hovers at 1/4 throttle. Goes where you point it! It's not a fast build, but it really comes out straight, and the new hardware is top notch! Ron :)
