You could check the OS website .

According to an old OS engine chart, their HP is .5 @ 15,000 RPM, they weigh 210 grams and they are 3.46 cc.

Sounds like aircraft engine specs. Most of them won't top 16K RPM

I have purchased one for my r/c boat, its the water cooled one. Im hoping its faster than the electric motor currently installed!

Does anyone know where the fuel in is and where the water pickup and outlet on the engine is, here is the best picture i have of the engine:

A picture is worth a thousand words. The water direction doesn't matter.

What is the connection on the muffler for? It is to the left of the carb on the above picture.

A pressure line to the fuel tank. By pressurizing the fuel tank, you get a more consistant flow of fuel, in most applications

Darn, I missed that one. You've already got the answer.

Sorry about that, Piper Chuck. I've got an old late 80's aircraft version going into a Kadet Jr I'm working on and it was in the instruction manual(now if I could only find that manual  )

No big deal, just irritated with myself. I've been around engines for long enough, I should not have missed it. The stats I gave him were from an OS engine chart I got with one of my early to mid 80's OS aircraft engines.

Can't help with the manual, all mine are from the FSR series. You might try emailing OS, they've got some older manuals that don't appear on their web site.

Not going to worry about it, that's why I got into these forums. There's always someone that would know how to set up a 25 FP with an air bleed carb around somewhere:)
