Well, i took my boat out finally to run her. Pain in the butt to start. But once i got her started she ran okay... still needs some adjusting i think. But anyways, all of a suden it looks like the teflon tube in my flex tube like got sucked out the back towards my prop and tore or something... but jammed on my flex furrel... im not sure what to do...

With the flex loose in the collet can you spin it without much friction? If its a clutch system, install the flex all the way & try turning the prop again. Should rotate fairly easy. Binding might be some trouble with your shaft alignment, but if not, I wouldn't worry. My teflon has came all the way out to the ferrel with no problems. Grease is part of the game. On those setups especially, you'll get some inside the hull and almost always on the backside. Bring some rags with you to the lake. :)

thanks, ya i am going to pull out the flex tube snip the tormented end and lube it VERY WELL. Simple problem fixed.
PS: sad... very sad and dissapointing. I'm in a bind wiht money for college right now, and i just got and biult this boat. it hasnt even had half a tank ran through it. I'm curoius about how much you personallu would think its worth... 64inch fountain with bonzi acessories, 5.3hp B h Hanson engine with bh hanson tuned pipe. really sad and depressing... i hope i dont end up having to give it up. The totall cost that i payed for it is around 2100$ 2200$ Plus i have all the tools and manuals and nuts and bolts and a 20 pack of blue marble oil plus the break in oil mix. ughhh...

Goin 2 kollidge huh? Gotta wurk on that spellun. :D
OK, it's a common problem. I found out that when I am installing my own stuffing tubes that using a tubing cutter will slightly crimp the ends holding the teflon tube in place. A drop of CA glue will also help hold it in place.
