receiver help

While my friend was soldering he accidentally burned off some of the plastic on the receiver wire, It's on the top so should I Cut it off or will it affext my receiver. I tried to tape it but the wire won't fit through the tube once i have done that!

Get some shrink tubing for the size of the wire and use that on the wire. DO NOT cut the wire off.

dont cut the wire just bring it to your local hobby shop and they should be able to fix it for about $2. I got my antenna wire tangled in a CVD and had it replaced and it only took about 5min.

If you cut it, it will have worse eadio interference.
