You will probably need to re-gear it a bit...smaller clutch bell or bigger spur.

That's basically it, however, some people opt to put special hubs that widen the truggie's stance.

Truggies usually have extended chassis plates as well like this HB. http://www.hotbodiesonline.net/lightning_stadium_pro.html

the start of the truggy was basicly what you descrided but with a geaing change, witht he panther LP's there isn't a gearing change required. Now truggy's have more done to them than adding MT wheels, such as longer arms now also, a lot more changes now

you will still need a smaller cb even with the komoto's but a spur change isnt really necessary since those tires are very small. a 12t would prolly be enough. the hubs to widen it really do just as much harm as good-they put extreme stress on the drive pins because they are able to torque while regular hubs are more or less a direct connection.

komodos dont require a gear change there the same size as a buggies wheel trust me iv had one but all i see is "make you car into a truggy here" and there" but when you ad these things to the buggy they are like less than one hundred dollars and the conversion kits are more more expenvivel. believe me iv raced truggys but it just doesnt make and sence why its like that its retarted

you dont need to regear or anything like thefasttrack said komodos are the same size....Here in the florida state series the buggys with the komodos and any truck body it is really hard to beat...but you have to have a good driver...the lsp's are good but i run a mbx-5 with komodos and a truck body and can easily keep up with or beat lsp's....
