Speed 600 BB 7.2V Motor

Does anyone know if the Speed 600 BB 7.2V Motor can replace a stock 540 motor?
If so what would be a good speed controler for it? I would like to run 7 cells in a
MRC F1 SUPREME Tunnel Hull
I have another question. Will the proboat ritide ESC do just fine with the 600BB

and will prolly be better
and has more torq and can handle more cellage
