Tire Sponges

What would be a good sponge set up for "bashing" and another for racing.

Tire inserts are mostly for keeping the shape of the tire. For bashing any foam insert would work just fine and for racing use a firmer insert for hard packed or high bite tracks and a softer insert for looser or slippery tracks.
