I broke the screws in my alum, buckheads that hold the buckheads to the chassis how can get the other broken part of the screw out of my buckhead without much damage so I can put in new screws.

Try an easy out from your local hardware store, Sears, Snap-on, and etc.. These things work well if you know what you are doing. If you try to drill it you might just make matters worse. But then again what do you have to loose? Make sure you use something like WD-40 if you are going to use an easy out. That way the screw might not be so hard to get out. If you have an LHS they might be more helpful.
