I have a Trinity 13t speedgem extreme and it was running fine but now it wont go unless you give it a push. I took it apart and cleaned it and still wont go there looked to be a bunch of power sorta stuff in the motor and cleaned it all, and the brushes arent discolored and look ok. It gets kinda of hot in my Evader ST any suggestions on the gearing i should use?

Sounds like a hung brush. Make sure that both brushes are making contact with the comm.

i would say you need to replace the brushes and get the comm cut. the brushes are probably too short to make good contact with the comm and the springs might even have bottomed out as well. see if a friend can cut the comm for you and get another set of brushes. you may need brush springs too if they were overheated, they might have lost some of their tension.

I agree with Adam, change your brushes and cut or atleast skim the comm.
There is another possibility, it is rare but I have seen it. Your batteries might be loosing their internal consistency and the internal resistance has gone way up. Therefore, when you start and need a high AMP demand from the batteries they cannot supply it, by turning the motor by hand you start the process and then the batteries take over from there. Like I said, it is a remote possibility but you should try a good battery pack before you go out and rebuild your motor (although you should do that anyway, it is good practice...I cut the comm after every 10-15 minutes of runtime)
