mini T???

hey this summer i was thinking about getting a team losi mini T i will be usingit for drving inside and at the local indoor race truck. Is this a good choice or should i look for something else?

o ya and can you use regular 6 cell batteries in them that i use in my electric rustler?

It's a decent truck, but I think the newer ones seem like a better design and better deal (The Associated truck especially). If I were buying one again, I'd get the RC18T.

No, the big sub-C cells from your Rustler are far too big and heavy for a 1/18th scale truck. There are a lot of packs meant just for 1/18th scale trucks out there.

hey i looked at the assocaited and it looks like a nice truck what do you think of the trinity itsy bitsy spyder?

I've only seen pictures, but IMO it looks like a cheaper version of the AE truck. Plus while it is cheaper, the RC18T gives you full bearings and oil shocks, which are pretty important upgrades IMO.

Wow, now I'm kinda bummed: You can now buy a better truck with more standard features for as much as I paid for my Mini-T a couple years ago :( lol
