Hi. I have a rc10b3 Trinity D4 9x2 motor RPM: 48.443 POWER: 220.6w EFF: 77.5 % TORQUE: 189Nmm Nr. D4209T.
I have a LRP competition 2.the esc burned.
I puts back the new ecs in my b3. it burns again.
My question is why the ESC burned what is that know the motor the problem?
I should you change the brand ecs or motor?
Thanks for the help................Dave

Did it go bad when you ran it, or just when you plugged them in? If it went bad when you plugged it in, you may have the wiring crossed up someplace. If it's from running, you may have a problem with the motor that is leading to the ESC damage, or you might be gearing too high and overheating things.
Since two ESCs fried, try a different motor and see what happens.

Hi thank you for the answer. It is not plugs the problem my esc has to burn because I ran not fast and when I ran fast it had no problem there and I could run during the 1 hour. My gearing is 62/20. Thank you Dave

62/20? That sounds really high for a 9 turn in that car: What does the manual recommend?

That's WAY too high for a B3 and a 9 turn! Try gearing it 16/87 and see how that goes. If it still gets hot, gear lower and lower until you find it running optimum.
