Something like a washer may have been left off (the washer that is on the output shaft end of armature gets stuck inside the can when removing the armature) which may be stuck inside, at low speed the noise may not be noticeable but at higher revolutions it may be, this will also allow the armature to shift side to side. The other could be when tightening the endbell screws they may be too tight or not tight enough. Depending on each individual motor and what each use for shimming the armature on the output shaft there is usually 1-2 brass or metal spacers on the comm end there is a brown (Phenolic) washer followed by two metal washers or there may be two metal and one while teflon washer. After inspecting the inside of motor can, installing shims/washers, when tightening endbell screw there should be a very small side to side play 1/32 to 1/64th.

Before disassembling modified motors use a permanante marker, color one endbell screw then an area on motor can that corresponds with the marked screw. This makes orienting the correct position and timing when you reassembled motor. Remove the springs and place them in so you have the positive sping in one and negative in another springs may be of different tensions so you may need to keep them in some order. When tightening the endbell screws do so they are snug and endbell doesn't move, overtightening can put too much pressure or drag on the armature reducing motor speed.

well you confirmed what i though cause after assembling the motor again i noticed 2 yellowish clear washers on the desk i knew tha came off there but i didnt know where so your saying i slide them onto the armature but what side the endbell side or the output shaft side???? thnx in advaance ill know for nextime thnx :)

Put the arm back in the can with no washers. Give the shaft a spin. Then pull it foward noting how much it moves. Repeat this a few times. Then spin again and push the shaft towards the endbell noting how much it moves in that direction. Repeat a few times. If the shaft moves equally in both directions, take apart the motor then put one shim on each end of the arm, reassemble and repeat the spin and wiggle. There should be very minimal movement of the arm. And there should be no binding either. Spinning the arm in the shaft centers the shaft in the magnetic field. The shims are used to keep the arm as close to this position as possible.

PS this is much easier with the brushes removed and with a gear on the shaft
