Use RIT clothing dye. You can buy it from any grocery store or department store. Follow the directions on the box and the colors turn out great.

I've blended colors to get just what I wanted. What I do, is I use a old 2.5 gallon pot, I mix the RIT dye in 2 gallons of water and bring it to a boil. Once its boiling I drop my wheels and other parts in the dye for 20 minutes, 10 if I want a lighter color, 30 if I want it darker. After its the shade I want, I'll rinse it under hot water to remove any excess dye. When i'm done, and the dye mix has cooled, I pour it into plastic gallon milk jugs and put it away for future use. I've been able to use the same dye, once a month for a year before needing to make a new batch. :D

I have a MP with a solid bright blue body and I was thinking about dying the tires yellow kinda like the Losi Dirt spec wheels are blue except yellow. I was wondering though, will the dye rub off with wear like paint easily or is it more permanent? Thanks.

RC Freak, im not sure which colors you'd need to make that bright of a blue color, you may just have to experiment.

NitroTruckMan, The dye is very much permanent, plus it gets fairly deep into the plastic. It won't chip like paint and scratches won't affect the looks.
