I have 5 stick configuration packs . ranging from 1400mah to 3300mah .Can I re-make those packs so that they will fit into a 1/18 ? ie : the Micro RS4 and the M18 . Or are they different cell sizes altogether ? OR would I just have to re shrink wrap them in a 5 cell config .?

They are a different size cells and would be too large to fit in the space.

Right, the cells that 1/10 scale cars typically use are WAY too big & heavy to be of any use on an 1/18 scale car. Those cells are sub-C size(in other words, very close to the size of a C-cell alkaline, like you'd see being used in a flashlight, for example), while most micros use what we call 2/3 A size cells, which are MUCH smaller & lighter(& the capacity of most of those are around 1050-1200mah in NiMh cells). To give you an idea of the weight difference, a typical 6-cell pack of sub-C's can weigh just over 1 lb., & that's about the same that an entire onroad 1/18 scale car weighs in TOTAL(my XRay M18 has been weighed at 15.7 ounces, which is just a hair under 1 lb, & that's using a 6-cell pack of 2/3 A cells), so you can imagine what that much extra weight would do to a micro's power to weight ratio....

My 1/18 max climber uses the stick packs 7.2

the TLT is alot bigger than say a RC18t the tlt also used standard size shocks and motors. for the most part you cant use sub-c cells in a 18th scale
