Howdi,i have a Nitro Evader with those upside down fill shocks.I've only had the conventional type before(ala Tamiya,OFNA,etc)& would like to know how to bleed them.I don't feel like i am doing them properly as per manual method of when screwing down shock seal assembly moving the piston up & down.It seems too simple...like how long do i this for?I could tell with the other type of shocks as i could see when all the air is expelled but this way when screwing down the seal assembly you can't see...

If they are like the Losi shocks, you fill them full, thread in the seal pack part way, then slowly press the piston in and let the excess oil bleed out. Then you tighten the seal pack.

I'm told if you do it right the shaft will actually be sucked back in to the shock a bit when you pull it all the way out.

You can feel and even hear any air trappd in the shock body, so if it's a great deal, just top off the shocks again. After a few times you'll get it right.
