window cling as decal

I have some graphics and logo's availible as window cling that I would like to put on an R/C Car Body.

Can I get some kind of glue and apply it or should I lay it on the inside and paint over it?

Will paint seal it in or will it fall off eventually?

Do you mean those plastic things that stick on glass without adhesive? Those seem pretty thick to me, but I'm thinking that maybe using a clear acrylic would help adhere it to the inside. I'm no expert by far, but I try to learn what I can from the guys around here and I hate to see a good question go unreplied to. Hopefully one of the pros will be around shortly.
