the forum of trader info is nice but it would be better if there was a place to report bad trader that way when your thinking of making a deal you can lokk through just the few name in there i think it would be a lot less hassle iv done many deals and sometimes its hard to findout anything about a guy but if there was a seperate place where everyone could report it would save us all a little money maby ,just a thought ,jared

I have to disagree here. I think one forum for all trading feedback is the most fair approach. A quick search in the general trader forum should show you the full scope of the feedback, similar to the ebay approach.
Otherwise, you could go to the 'bad trader' forum, see a bad report and not necessarily be aware of the fact that the trader may have more positive feedback messages elsewhere.
In any case, that's just my opinion....worthless as it may be.

but with this forum, you can only use the persons name in the heading. yes you can do a search, but how many ways can you say "bad trader"? there are alot. now if there was a bad trader forum, all you would have to do is search that forum for their name and thats it. thats just my opinion. ;)

i think it's a pretty good idea.... but it would have to be verified first, so as not to slander anyone unfairly.

Yeah, I would hate to think that I could have 100 positive feedbacks but lost out on a deal becuase one person posted my name in the 'bad trader' forum.

well, to keep a flame war at bay i will say this. dont do anything to warrant a bad feedback. its pretty simple. its like finding a needle in a haystack. lets put 1 bad feedback amongst 100 others and maybe somebody wont find it, then i will get away with it again. there are people here that do a ton of transactions and do you think everybody wants to search through their 100+ good feedback to see if there is any bad? i have better things to do. :D

Well, it would probably be a little bit of work on the part of the moderators here, but what if "bad feedback" could only be given in certain circumstances? Feedback is all a matter of persepctive anyways. Granted, there are probably people who really are "bad", and they'll probably get recognized pretty quickly. Other than that, depending on how much business a person does, maybe they need to earn a more than one "true" negative feedback to be placed in the "bad trader" forum?
There would have to be some sort of system in place to protect both people involved in the transaction.

I agree with MrB.... I mean I have done alot of trading on here. Alot of people recognize my name, etc. and I would hate to lose business on 1 so called bad deal vs all my positive feedback. Lets face it. Sometimes legit things do come up, and not all of us, try to cover it up by the excuse "we'll I sent it blah blah blah....." when really they didn't. Sometimes theirs family affairs, or you work alot of overtime etc. But some people are so jumpy to leave bad feedback on things such as this rather than communicate with someone. Such as the deal I made with R@ge recently. I dunno the exact number of days had passed, but it was roughly a week and a half to 2 weeks. I had anticipated contacting him the next day to ask what was up before i would ever leave negative feedback. And, before I contacted him, he pm'ed me saying there was a problem with shipping and it would be here in 3 days, and it was. Communication is key people. Even on a bad trade.
reminds me I need to leave feedback for him.
