Not wanting to pay a bunch of money for a feature filled esc that had low turns I thought I had myself a better idea. Instead of paying 140 at the hobbyshop for a low turn LRP ESC, I bought 2 intellipeak auto sport forward ESCs. I purchased a jet 11T double motor with the ESC I had bought, I already had one at home.

The first time I rigged everything up to what I thought was normal. I plugged in the battery and the motor started spinning. A few seconds later a hint of smoke passed my eyes. It didnt smell at all. I unsoldered everything, and went to post that running 2 escs and 1 motor does not work.

I knew something was up, so I found the fastest picture of an esc that I could and noticed the wires were hooked up wrong, I put a battery connector on the motor plug and the motor on the battery wires. I soldered everything back up and it was a success, everything works great.

The escs almost operate simultaniously. You have to pull or push the trigger very slowly to see the lights to turn on or shut off.

I wrote this up because this question pops up every so often and I wanted to find out on my own.
