Trying to found out,if any one would no of
a computer program that helps design rc/car
tracks onroad,offroad,oval,etc.etc.or
some good input on how wide,how tight,how long.think about it and let me know.thanks
guys...and dolls.

No, but i do know of a Pen, Paper, and think REALLY hard about what you want. Thats the easy way.

If i find any programs like that ill let ya know.

Try going to www.realrace.com (http://www.realrace.com) or www.duratrax.com (http://www.duratrax.com) for the Real Race software. It is more of a game but it looks like you can edit the track a little. It might give you some dimensions while editing. I have not bought it but the add looks cool. I too had asked the same wuestion with the same results. Like BadRacer said, pen and paper would probably be our best bet. I checked out the above site but that was before I was looking to help my club design a track.
