Hey guys. Does anyone have a source for 16 gauge silicone wire? Before you tell me to "upgrade" to 12 gauge, I'm trying to restore an old Novak speed control and 12 gauge is just too big. Tower only sells red and black but I need some blue. Anyone?

Well I guess you could try radio shack or another electronics company, when I had to rewire my GT, I was actually able to use some flexible speaker wire that was the correct gauge. It held up fine for my "in a pinch" use of it, so I guess you could look for some 16 gauge wire and try it out. I have since replaced it with deans wire, but it seemed to work ok. If you can't find any then maybe you could use the black, and label it with a blank sticker with a blue dot painted around on it.
You might also try stormer hobbies. When tower fails, they sometimes have older hard to find parts in their inventory.
Here is a picture of what I mean when I said to just use the black and label it you wouldn't be confused. Just imagine the label blue.
