Need help finding tires

where can i get foam tires for a rc10l3? and Do you know where i can get a adapter for the axles to put on touring rims?

Couple of companies manufacturer foams and radial tires for pan cars. BRP was making adapters so you could use TC tire in pan cars.
JACO is my favorite choice many compounds to chose available from LHS or online available in foam compounds make TC foams for electric and gas TC.
TRC make many compounds of foam tire, discontinued making radial tires also make foams for TC.
BSR make foams in various compound and radials for pan cars 1/12, 1/10 and TC.
TM Manufacturing - available direct not many online sites carry this brand
Cooper tires - limited to a few distributors B&T racing mostly and I belief Chatham Raceway in VA. 1/10 foams.
The 10L3 came with Jaco Green compounds very soft and don't work well on most tracks. Depending on what you are planning to do and what compound will work, just running on an umprepared surface like a street the foams don't get enough grip even with traction compound. Proline used to make a wheel that allowed you to used the Street Paw or their other street tires on pan cars.
