stampede question

ive got a tekin rebel esc in my pede and was wondering if a trinity speed gems 2 9t motor was really as fast as its cracked up to be..

A 9t motor is quick but the power would be wasted in a stampede. Yeah it is fast but with the higher RPM's you also get very little torque.

I agree, the 9t is too much for that truck.

I wouldn't go lower than 13 turn in that truck, and even that is low for a truck that size, and built the way it is.

Plus you would have to totally change the gearing.
