How do you activate the anti lock brakes on the M8?

At the end of the top row on the display there is a box (doesn't say anything in it though) that you go through before you go to the next level on the display (sounds weird, but you'll see it). When you're on the box the display will show "ABS" (Anti-lock Braking System) then you pless the "+" or "-" buttons. I'm not sure if this is totally correct, I don't have my M8 with me now - but that's what I remember. Hope this helps.

mtx i addressed your issue on the hpi forum, also it is possible your m8 is of older origin and does not have the ALB feature.
i know on atleast some m8's, there is abs but you can't get to it without goin through a bunch of button code stuff at the risk of messing stuff up if you screw up. i don't know how cause i use a better radio, the 3pj. someone out there ought to have it though

I know that my radio is not an older version bec. you can see the alb words located ontop of the RSP ON icon (though it is not as dark as when you turn on the rsp)and there is a black square on th side of the STspeedTH box.
JOe is right that there is a secret code or sequence of pushing other buttons to activate it and thats what Im trying to find out.Guess your lucky coz its activated already when u got it spread the word and thanks.
Any of you know the secret buutons for the alb?

Why would they disable it?
radios are becoming more and more like video games, in the future, programming endpoints will be as hard as zelda 64

Thats the problem w/ M8s I even email airtronics all I got is a machine reply!
Even my wife wonders why airtonics would put so much secrecy on the alb functions.
why I say secrecy....coz I read an article on high torque rccar magazine (answerman back issue) titled the secret alb function and how to activate it !
but I forgot how and the mag is not mine
and back then I still coulnt activate it!
PLS HELP NEED ALB CODES

Make sure you pay particular attention to the part that says: "you CAN render your radio completely dumb if you make any mistake, so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. "

I own a Futaba 3PJ and the ALB function is mapped to a button near the steering so that I can flip it on in a bind. I can turn it on/off at the flip of a switch. I sure hope that you can do the same with an M8.
