TB01 VS TL01

HEY GUYS I JUST GOT A NEW TB01 AND JUST THE OTHER DAY I PUT BALL BEARINGS INTO IT EVERYWHERE. I WENT RACING IT UP MY LOCAL TRACK AND I WAS FREAKING OUT BECAUSE PEOPLE UP THERE WITH JUST STANDARD TL01'S WERE PASING ME OUT ALL THE TIME. IT IS NOT BECAUSE OF MY DRIVING STYLE BECAUSE THEY WERE BEATING ME ON THE STRAIGHTS. PLEASE SAVE MY CAR FROM A TERRIBLE BEATING AS I AM GETTING REALY ****** OFF WITH IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS TO WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

is there any binding on the car that might be slow ing it down? does it feel smooth? if not try rebuilding the tranny still if you are getting blown away find out what equipment they are useing and matching still if that dont work i suggjest you get full carbon fiber / grafite !

what motor were you using?

what motor were they using?

what gearing were you using?

what gearing were they using?

what batteries were you using?

what batteriest were they using?

basically,the tl01s were using the correct gearing for the track..then if you were using the box stock setup..you'll have lots of acceleration but no top end speed...if you were using the silver can motor and the other guys were using those other stock or mod motors that DONT come with the kit..you;re gonna be left waaaay behind...

try using the smallest spur thats provided in the kit (they provided you with 3 spurs in the kit)i'm betting you used the largest spur in the kit..which is good for acceleration but not top speed.

thanx for your helpguys i am using a standard 540 motor i use a 61t gear (i think thats what its called) and i use a 1700mah battery

how long of race is it?
what do the other dudes race with?
modified motors?

do you have a esc?
