Trouble posting pics (too)

My dog ate my copy of "Posting pics on R/C Car Action Forum".... I keep getting "Web site not responding" messages whenever I try to upload an 874x519 20k jpeg. Granted that my computer is not very fast ( the hamster powering it is a chainsmoker ) and I haven't been to any porn sites (yet).... I sure could use some advice.

Well, you could always post your pics to a web photo hosting site like villagephotos.com instead of uploading them to the boards. BTW, villagephotos is free and works quite well. :D

Thanks Piggy... I've already done the villagephotos thing and I still can't make the connection. Bad karma ( I guess ). Unfortunately, it was easier to scratchbuild all the details on the car than it is to upload the *#$@%%&^$#!!!!! picture of it.

Hi Leadfoot. I'm new to this internet thing ( complete dummy) so I still can't get the pics to upload. I've copied and pasted onto the upload manager dialogue box (duh) and still get the same error. It could be my hardware or software. Anyway, Ive been at it for about four hours and I'm going to quit. Thanks anyway. Mike V

hey ,u using aol? it wouldnt work uploadn pics on aol,i HAd to go to microssoft (the big blue "E" on yr start menu,its free as loNg as u are online. AOL SUXS!

thanks, just checked out yr pics of yr red car,its sweet! my friend pianted those bodies. im gonna try start to paint saturday if its nice outside . i have a mcallister 55 chevy n a 57 t bird body to paint . a bolink vw body (newer style) n i got a stampede body with crush damge but its good to practice on n plus it was cheap off of ebay,lol!i am glad u got yr pics posted!
