i need help asap as i am in the middle of this ummmm ok can i leave out the last spacer for the clut5ch bell?I cant get the e-clip on?and the flywheel prongs are already almost touching the engine?I have an Associated .15 motor please heeeeeellllppp

You can leave out the shim but make sure that nothing is rubing that shouldn't be. For example, the prongs and the engine. just make sure everything spins freely.

cool well it's not rubbing or anything the instructions from MIP said to get them to wherer they were flush with the back side?
I hope I did'nt mess up anything i did'nt take the flywheel off!!!!

I just did the mip clutch on two of my trucks. First one i pushed the pins in like the instructions said. I dont think they were far enough back becouse the clutches didnt seat all the way down, the pins would hit the spring. This could possible keep your clutch bell from seating all the way down. I ended up cutting the pins down enough for the clutches to seat all the way down.
Second set of clutches i just cut the pins down while i was cutting the shaft on the new engine.
Cutting the pins seemed to work alot better to me. You dont run the risk of bending the pins or scaring the flywheel in a vice.
